1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
MarsQuest™ warrants its eyewear products against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for one year, starting from the date of you received your order. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. The repair or exchange of your product under this warranty is still eligible for the Free Shipping feature.
Exchange and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer a 14 days Exchange or Return, starting the day you receive your order.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders purchased before 5 P.M. will be shipped the same day. Purchases after 5 P.M. will be shipped the next day.
Free standard shipping on orders equal or over US$50. We charge a flat fee of US$8.95 for orders less than US$50.
Standard shipment within US and Canada will take 2-5 business days, standard international shipment will take 15-22 business days.
